Working closely alongside the Physiotherapists here at Rae's Anatomy, Kirstie supports people who are ready to move beyond injury management and into long-term strength, resilience, and independence. Kirstie has experience working with a wide range of individuals throughout her time as a Personal Trainer and previously a Primary School Teacher.
Kirstie helps people bridge the gap between rehabilitation and real-world movement. Her approach combines strength training, mobility, movement education, and confidence-building so clients can feel capable in their bodies again.
She has completed training in Trauma-Informed Approaches to Exercise Provision and Strength and Conditioning, and is passionate about supporting people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and goals.
